Pittsburgh, PA – October 22, 2019 – IMG Midstream today announced it will change its name to IMG Energy Solutions, effective immediately.  The new name has been selected to better reflect the Company’s strategic focus on expanding its traditional, as well as integrated renewable energy, power solution products and services offering for our customers and the communities in which they serve.

In addition to owning and operating its own small-scale, distributed natural gas plants supplying wholesale power into the PJM market, the Company will focus on growing its offering to build efficient and environmentally-friendly on-site power generation for critical infrastructure customers located in the PJM community, including renewable energy integration where conditions are favorable.  The Company will also offer a range of support services covering project development, operations and maintenance, compliance and procedures, training, plant performance, asset management, and construction management for 8-100 megawatt power projects.

“Through the successful development, construction, operations and maintenance, as well as asset management of our own portfolio of power generation assets, we’ve developed invaluable processes, procedures and experience that we’re prepared to share with others who can benefit from an owner’s perspective in the development of their own reliable and efficient power projects,” said Mike Brady, CEO.
