Mike Brady - CEO

Mike Brady is responsible for leading IMG’s aggressive distributed generation growth strategy from project development through long-term power plant operations. He brings to the company over 25 years of industry experience—including TAS Energy, where Brady was President/COO, Pratt & Whitney Power Systems, and GE. Mike has led power asset development efforts on a worldwide basis bringing to the team growth enabling business processes and project standardization as well as a strong network of project development and operations professionals.

Ron J. Kiecana - CBDO

Ron Kiecana is responsible for leading the development and execution of company strategy, business development, gas and power origination activities, and overseeing the daily operation of the company. Ron has more than 22 years in development, asset management, and risk management experience and has participated in $3.5 billion of completed projects. His recent experience at Terra-Gen Power and Cogentrix Energy is directly applicable to the type of development currently being undertaken by IMG.

Joe Broadwater - Vice President - Operations and Asset Management

Joe Broadwater is responsible for the regulatory compliant, efficient and reliable operation and maintenance of IMG Midstream power generation facilities. After serving 6 years in the U.S. Navy, Joe has over 20 years’ experience in the civilian power generation industry. Throughout his career his experience included; startup and O&M of waste to energy facilities, large combined cycle facilities, simple cycle gas turbine facilities and natural gas fired reciprocating engine facilities. Most recently Joe held the position of Plant Manager with PIC Group, at a gas fired reciprocating engine generation facility in eastern New Mexico.

Jeanette Oliver - Vice President - Legal

Jeanette Oliver provides legal guidance, counsel, and support to all of the company’s business divisions, including real estate, project development, power sales, fuel supply, environmental, and finance.  Jeanette has considerable legal experience in the energy sector, having previously worked for a national energy-focused law firm, providing legal counsel to oil and gas companies in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays.  During her decade-plus career, she has also handled numerous commercial and construction litigation cases, land use applications and appeals, and multiple real estate matters.
