PITTSBURGH, PA – June 14, 2016 – IMG Midstream today announced that it has completed its second distributed generation plant, Beaver Dam.

Beaver Dam Distributed Generation PlantBeaver Dam, located in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, began operations in May and has the ability to provide 20 MWs of capacity and energy to the local PJM market.

“We are excited to complete our second project and to begin using locally produced gas to generate power for sale into the market,” said Ron Kiecana, CEO for IMG Midstream.  “The project was constructed on schedule and within budget with the help and support from our local contractors, suppliers and the Bradford County community.  The project design is the same as our first project and will offer the same level of operational flexibility and resiliency that we feel is needed to address the fast changing electric market needs.”
